No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, all sales are final. SparkDynamic GmbH does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

 

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of license management and to comply with agreements made with our software partners and suppliers.

 

Defective or Non-Functional Licenses

 

If you experience any issues with a license key or activation, please contact our support team at sales@sparkdynamic.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you and the software vendor to resolve any technical issues related to delivery or activation.

 

Please note that technical issues or incompatibility with your system do not qualify for a return or refund.
